Our Mission Statement:

Our mission is to encourage women and men in their shared calling to lead in the Presbyterian Church in Ireland (PCI).

We seek to:

  • INFORM by providing a space to explore the biblical and theological rationale for the PCI’s position on equality in leadership, through organised events and the collation of helpful literature and online resources;
  • SUPPORT through prayer and fellowship those serving in leadership in the PCI, including those discerning a call to become a teaching or ruling elder;
  • CONNECT with one another, so we might affirm and celebrate those who have been called to service by the grace of God.

In all this, it is our desire to maintain unity in the Presbyterian Church in Ireland through our shared love of Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (Hebrews 13:20-21)
